Just going on photos I've seen online & from the book "Moser 1857-1997" by Jan Mergl & Lenka Pankova (purchased in my attempt to identify this beautiful piece), I'm thinking this bottle is early 1900's Moser. It's large & heavy (just under 7"), green to clear glass with a ground & polished pontil. Both the base & the stopper are etched with the number "3". Some of the pictures were taken with a flash just to show the detail in floral cutting. I've included a few snaps from the book at the bottom of this page.
